  InSite Training and Support  
  As an InSite user you will benefit from our highly acclaimed client support services. You will be supported by a combination of expert trainers, technical support teams and industry specialists dedicated to helping you get the most from your InSite system.

Training

As a new InSite user you are invited to attend an initial introductory training course in our dedicated training room, which will ensure you are up and running as soon as you return to the office. Once the introductory course is completed, you can then attend any of the more specialist courses, which are held on a regular basis.

On-site consultancy and training are also offered to provide specific support for your analysis projects.

Helpline

You will also have access to CACI’s dedicated helpline team during office hours and we are proud to say that we are able to resolve at least 90% of client queries during the initial call.

 

Keeping in Touch

We have devised a number of ways to keep in touch with all our users, the most popular of which is the InSite Conference. This is a residential, 2-day conference held once a year at locations such as Carden Park and the Belfry. This is a great chance to network and discuss InSite with other users, as well as have a bit of a party!

More regularly, all our main users receive a 'Tip of the Month' via e-mail and all users and managers receive our exclusive publication - InSite InSights. This details forthcoming events, new applications, new courses etc.

InSite Customer Forum

Finally we have the InSite User Forum, a restricted web site, offering advice, downloads and information on the wide range of applications available and background information on who we all are, the latest hardware specifications and back copies of 'Tips of the Month'.
